Vilpola is a cabinet-style meeting room for small groups – leadership teams, strategy sessions and situations where the meeting needs to be focused and uninterrupted. The atmosphere is warm and intimate: not an open office, not a hotel conference room.

The interior has character. Wall shelves built from old suitcases, a ski rack, rocking chairs and two comfortable armchairs make the space memorable – the kind of room people are happy to stay in during breaks.

The default layout is a U-shape for ten people. Set up as a rectangle, the room fits twelve.

There is a direct exit onto a private terrace. That means coffee outside, working in fresh air, or a moment to breathe at the edge of the forest in the middle of a meeting day. A kitchenette with two fridges and a private WC mean the group can operate independently without constant movement to other parts of the building. Vilpola also has its own sauna.

Vilpola works well as a standalone meeting room or as part of a longer day. Combine it with a dinner in the Scenic Hut by open fire, a sauna evening, or a guided activity in the national park – or book the entire hotel exclusively for your group.
